Blake Lively to play Carrie Bradshaw?

OK, so this isn't exactly a fashion related post; however, Blake is a fashionista and has a BFF in Anna Wintour, but to get to the point it was reported that Blake might play a younger Carrie Bradshaw in a prequel to the two Sex and the City movies. The film would be based off "The Carrie Diaries" about Carrie's teenage years.
Do you think Blake would make a good Carrie?

    I love gossip girl but I don't see her in any role. I really don't like the way she acts.
    She is pretty but no Carrie.

    I agree. I don't think she has the talent to play Carrie.
