Darling, please come home

Math and Physics Club is a band from Seattle, Washington consisting of three members. They formed in 2004 and recently released their first full-length album in June titled "I Shouldn't Look As Good As I Do." This song is off their self-titled LP from 2006.

I didn't see it coming

Belle & Sebastian is a band from Glasgow, Scotland (UK). They're a fairly large band consisting of seven members. This song is called "I didn't see it coming" and it is off their latest album titled "Write about Love" released last month (October)after their five year hiatus.

This song is called "West Coast" and it is by Actor/Musician Jason Schwartzman who created Coconut Records, his solo project, in 2006. Before Coconut Records, Schwartzman was the drummer for Phantom Planet. This song is off his first album titled "Nighttiming."

Maurine

Say Hi hails from Seattle. They were originally called Say Hi To Your Mom. The reason for the name change? Singer Eric Elbogen said it was simply time for a change. This song is titled "Maurine" and it's off their latest album "Oohs & Aahs."

Impossible

Shout Out Louds are indie rock band from Stockholm, Sweden. The song below is titled "Impossible" and it's off their album titled "Our Ill Willis." This album is different from their previous albums in that they had an indie pop feel and this one has more of a new wave influence. Their song "Please, Please, Please" is more indie pop if you want to check that out.

Hands

Chris Mansfield, who goes by the moniker Fences, hails from Seattle. He recently released his first self-titled album, Fences, in September. His album has a mellow, acoustic vibe, and was co-produced by Sara Quin from Tegan and Sara. If you're not familiar with them, my next post will be a video of theirs :)
